Grand Hyatt Robbed At Gunpoint

According to police, two people had breakfast at Denny’s and then drove to the Grand Hyatt on the Courtney Campbell Causeway.

According to the victims, they were parked in the parking garage watching videos on their cell phones when two suspects approached on foot.

Suspect #1 pointed a handgun at the couple demanding their cash. He received money and jewelry.

Suspect #2 stood by the driver’s door armed with a pistol.

The suspects fled in a black, 2 or 4-door vehicle, compact vehicle, possibly a Nissan or Toyota.

K-9 and Air Service responded to locate the suspects, but they were not found.

Suspect #1 is described as a W/M, thin build, brown eyes, 25-27 years old, dark hair, black bandana covering his face. Armed with a semi-automatic handgun.

Suspect #2 is described as a W/F, skinny with a “bony face”, 25-27 years old, blonde hair, black hoodie with a black bandana covering her face.

There were no injuries. These suspects may be involved in the overnight robberies at the ATM machines.
