Rick Joseph age 28, a “Drak” gang member wanted for First Degree Murder from a warrant issued on May 4, 2007, has been arrested and brought back to Hillsborough County.
HCSO fugitive cold case detectives never forgot about a murder suspect on the run for seven years. Detectives utilized social media, public and investigative databases and old fashioned police work to construct a possible location for this fugitive: a six block radius in Brooklyn, N.Y. where the fugitive and his associates could be.
U.S. Marshals Service fugitive task force members in New York set up surveillance on the six blocks, and within a week our fugitive was in handcuffs
