Friend Alerted Feds About Tampa Pipe Bombs

It turns out that a business partner and friend is the one who alerted authorities that 24 year old Michael Ramos had pipe bombs, smoke grenades, tear gas, guns, and ammo in his North Lincoln Avenue home in Tampa.

After his home was raided by federal agents, Ramos told them that he was part of the “United States Patriot Army” militia out of St. Petersburg.

He also admitted he was unhappy with the government.

There’s still no precise answer about what he planned to do with all that firepower.

So far, Ramos faces charges of illegal explosives possession.
