Gulfcoast North Area Health Education Center is providing FREE tobacco cessation programs in Pasco County. The IQuit program offers two different quit smoking classes to help kick the habit.
“Tools to Quit” is a one-time 2 hour program and “Quit Smoking Now” is a six week program. Both programs help participants plan their quitting process, establish goals, and learn strategies that will help them succeed. Anyone interested in quitting tobacco can participate in an IQuit program and will be provided with a FREE and optional supply of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) including patches, gum,or lozenges. The IQuit program is funded by the Florida Department of Health.
Seating is limited.

All sessions are open to the public.
