TAMPA — World of Beer is opening a location at the Tampa Bay Times Forum, its first inside a sports arena. The bar will sell 10 different beers on tap as well as canned beer. It will be open during all events except those geared toward a younger audience.
The Forum location will be the 23rd in Florida for the Tampa-based beer-centric tavern and 46th nationwide.
World of Beer recently opened in Belmar, Colo., Katy, Texas, and Jacksonville.
The bar planned to open Wednesday night on the Forum’s lower level, right before the Bruno Mars concert.
