HAINES CITY,Fla.– Two men wanted for shooting and killing a video store clerk have been arrested.
The Polk County Sheriff’sOffice,U.S.Marshal’s Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force, and officers with the Tampa Police Department arrested 28-year-old Jacroy Shamar Waddell at a Red Roof Inn onEast Busch Blvd.inTampaat 12:19 a.m. Sunday.
The second suspect, 19-year-old Jadarius Latra Wilson, was arrested Sunday evening.
Waddell and Wilson are accused of robbing the Video Latino store in Haines Cityand killing the clerk, 20-year-old Jaime Magana, Jr. Both suspects were caught on video surveillance cameras as they struggled with Magana and removed cash from the register.
PCSO says Waddell has been charged with first degree murder. There is no word yet on what chargesWilsonwill face. He have been booked into thePolkCountyjail.
