The jury didn’t buy the self defense argument for tow truck company owner Donald Montanez…as they find him guilty of manslaughter in the death of Glen Rich.
Montenez had towed Rich’s car from a strip club, and Rich was trying to get it back when he drove toward Montanez.
Montanez said he was in fear for his life, and fired at Rich hitting and killing him.
Montanez faces a minimum of 30 years in prison…sentencing is set for May 4th.
