It was a scary sight for some surfers on Saturday who were trying to catch some waves some 200 yards off shore from Northshore Park.
They found the floating body of 38 year old Jason Brooks of St. Pete who wasreported missing Friday.
Police say he was a client of the Boley center, which is an organization that helps young people and people with mental disabilities, homelessness throughout the bay area.
