MIAMI (AP) _ Authorities say a pregnant woman and her unborn child were killed in a South Florida drive-by shooting.
Miami Gardens say 29-year-old Angelese Ladson and a friend were sitting on a porch shortly after midnight Tuesday when a car pulled up and fired shots at the home.
Ladson, who was nine months pregnant, was shot in the neck.
She and the child died at a Miami hospital.
Ladson’s friend was hit in the leg but was expected to recover.
The Miami Herald (http://hrld.us/M1ssNr ) reports that authorities were still looking for the shooters.
