Lego man could be sprung from custody soon.
The 8 foot tall 100 pound fiberglass figure that washed up on Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota earlier this week has been incarcerated in a storage shed at the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office but there’s been so much interest in Lego man the sheriff says if he can figure out a way to secure him, he’ll let him out for everyone to see.
One toung in cheek suggestion – chain Lego man to the Unconditional Surrender statue at Bayfront Park in downtown Sarasota.
That’s the famous statue of the sailor kissing the nurse at the end of World War Two.
