The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting involving a deputy this morning near the University of South Florida.
Deputies say the shooting occurred at the Oakbend Apartments, 1538 University Woods Place.
The deputy is not injured, and the other individual has been transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital.
