The downward march of bay area gas prices continues again this week. Triple-A says a gallon of regular now averages $3.26 in our area, down six cents a gallon from one week ago. Experts say the decline in fuel prices may slow a bit because crude prices went up slightly last week after oil supplies decreased and U.S. payrolls showed Americans have a little more money for gas.
