Anthony Snead, 66, and Andy M. Charlton, 38, each face charges of possession and sale of marijuana.
After intercepting the delivery of five pounds of marijuana to the address, officials determined Snead had been receiving similar weekly shipments of high-grade marijuana for the last couple of years.
Officials said Snead paid $5,000 per pound and would repackage and sell the drugs at a higher rate for profit. They estimate Snead’s purchases between $780,000 and $1 million a year.
The investigation is ongoing.
