Florida Supreme Court Reprimands Judge Over DUI

The Florida Supreme Court will reprimand Hillsborough County Circuit Judge Tracy Sheehan over her July DUI arrest.

Sheehan was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after Tampa police said she was driving erratically after she left an Ybor City parking garage.

Two breath tests taken at the jail showed her blood alcohol content was 0.171 and 0.161, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

Sheehan, 53, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a year of probation and 50 hours of community service. She also had her driver’s license revoked for six months and was ordered to complete DUI school.
