28.4 million people visited the Sunshine State in the first quarter of 2015—more than any other first quarter in history.
2.9 million came from overseas and 1.7 million came from Canada.
23.8 million people came from other U.S. states.
1.2 million Floridians are employed in the tourism industry.
That’s also a record high.
