FHP is investigating after a five vehicle pile up on I-75 in Pasco County started by a blown tire on a dump truck.
Authorities say when the tire blew on the dump truck near State Road 52 in San Antonio, it caused the driver to lose control.
The truck collected four other vehicles on the highway.
The 34 year old driver of the dump truck that started the melee was killed.
A driver in one of the other cars is in serious condition.
