A major milestone project is underway on Tampa’s Riverwalk.
Crews are now demolishing the sidewalk along Doyle Carlton Drive between Laurel Street and Water Works Park.
Once it’s rebuilt, Riverwalk will extend from the Tampa Bay History Center nearly 2.5 miles to Waterworks Park.
All of it is along the Hillsborough River.
