February Sees Record Temps For Northeast, West

February has ended, leaving new records for cold temperatures in the Northeast, and still other records for warmth out West. Then there are the snowfall records, most notably in Boston. And now entering stage left, is March.

It appears this month will pick up largely where February left off, with more snow in the Northeast, stormy weather in most of the country, and temps stuck under 40 degrees from east of the Rockies, through the Plains and Northeast.
