FDLE Commissioner Ousting Steep in Controversy

TALLAHASSEE – Governor Rick Scott finds himself in hot water fresh off his re-election as his people ousted Florida Department of Law Enforcement Gerald Bailey because he wouldn’t play along to get along.

Bailey was set to announce his retirement date would be May 1st, 2015 which makes the forced retirement even more puzzling.

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi says there are “serious questions” that need to be asked and that it will happen “in the sunshine” at a meeting on February 5th.
