A grand jury has indicted the father of a North Port newborn whose body was found in a shallow grave.
Joseph Walsh is charged with first degree murder.
The indictment comes after the mother of 8 week old Chance Walsh led police to the baby’s remains and told police Walsh killed him.
Bury is serving 25 years in prison after pleading no contest to aggravated manslaughter.
She must testify against Walsh if his case goes to trial.
