Rescue officials say nine to 11 people were injured, including children, when a car crashed into Goldenrod Road KinderCare this afternoon.
The business is at 4035 N. Goldenrod Road. The Florida Highway Patrol is reporting at least one fatality. The crash was reported about 3:10 p.m.
A Fire Rescue spokesman said the injured were a mixture of adults and children. FHP is investigating, fire spokesman John Mulhall said.
“It’s too early to get into details of how one thing led to another,” Mulhall said about 4 p.m.
Goldenrod Road is completely closed in the area.
