A grand jury and federal investigators have cleared former Ferguson, Missouri, police officer Darren Wilson of any criminal wrongdoing in the death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown in August. But a civil court might take a different view of the incident. Michael Brown, Sr. and Lesley McSpadden have filed a lawsuit that names the City of Ferguson, Police Chief Thomas Jackson and Darren Wilson as defendants.
