A jury says David Belniak must pay the families of three people killed in a Christmas 2007 car wreck 13 million dollars in compensatory damages. Punitive damages will be decided later today. Belniak slammed his truck into a car stopped at U.S. 19 and Little road in Hudson. Belniak has already pleaded guilty to DUI manslaughter.
