Fall Out From Staten Island Grand Jury’s Garner Decision Continues

The fallout continues after the refusal by a grand jury in Staten Island to hand up an indictment against Police Officer Daniel Pantaleo for the chokehold death of Eric Garner. Just as a New York City judge released limited details of the grand jury proceeding on Thursday, including that four videos were shown and 50 witnesses were heard, NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio announced significant plans to retrain the nation’s largest police force.

Meanwhile, civil rights leaders decried the grand jury decision and announced plans for a march and a summit on racial justice in Washington later this month.

ABC’s Aaron Katersky joined us from New York Friday morning to discuss.
