A Spring Hill couple could get up to 20 years in prison for failing to tell the family buying their home that there was a giant sinkhole under it.
Glenn and Kathryn Jasen got a 150 thousand dollar insurance check to fix the hole but cashed it instead and then sold the house.
They may also have to pay restitution to the buyers because the house is worthless.
