Despite harsh criticism about the care that Thomas Eric Duncan received, the family of the nation’s first diagnosed Ebola patient will not be filing suit against the doctors who treated Duncan or against Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital.
The parents and children of Duncan had hired a personal injury lawyer, but now they’ve reached a settlement with the hospitals and health-care providers.
