Ebola Stricken Doctor Skipped Protective Gear

The latest US doctor who got Ebola in Africa was working with outpatients in temperatures that made it hard to wear protective gear, according to a report from Fox News.

The doctor, who is unidentified, was working in the Elwa Hospital and wasn’t wearing protective gear.

“I was pretty shocked when I heard,” Deal said, via Fox News. “At first I thought should I isolate myself, but now I have been a little comforted that I have been wearing protective clothing at all times, and no one who has followed the proper protocols has fallen sick.”

Deal says that although the Ebola Treatment Unit is sanitized all the time, patients who see workers in other parts of the hospital may be in denial about their symptoms.
