A Sarasota mother is charged with child neglect after her 15 year old son overdosed on heroin at their Mauna Loa Boulevard home.
Police say Cynthia Hyer admitted that she routinely allows druggies to use her house as a place to get high.
All that ended when her teen son started using drugs along with the others.
He will recover—this time.
