Hillsborough County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a homicide that occurred at approximately 7:21 a.m. Friday morning in Progress Village.
The victim, 49-year-old Nathaniel Brewer of Progress Village,had gone to the residence at 9510 Newdale Way in Progress Village to visit.
While at the apartment he got into a verbal argument with a male inside the residence.
The victim and suspect then went outside where the argument escalated to physical and the suspect shooting the victim multiple times in the chest and head.
