A grand jury indicted Luis Toledo in the killings of his wife and her children nearly three months after the three family members disappeared from their Deltona home, State Attorney R.J. Larizza announced Thursday.
Though the bodies of Yessina Suarez, 28, Michael Otto, 8, and Thalia Otto, 9, have not been found, the forensic evidence presented to the grand jury was enough to determine there is probable cause to charge Toledo with first-degree murder in the children’s deaths and second-degree murder in the killing of his wife, Larizza said.
