A New Jersey couple was arrested Monday after engaging in sex on the top of a Chipotle restaurant, according to The News Journal.
Police started receiving multiple reports about 9:40 pm Saturday about two people having sex on a Chipotle rooftop in the 100 block of E. Main Street in Newark, New Jersey. Michael Suh, 38, and Nicole Germack, 27, were each charged with indecent exposure, lewdness, loitering, resisting arrest and conspiracy, police said.
Police arrived and reported at the woman was wearing a black dress that was pulled up, but didn’t see what the man was wearing.
They were ordered to stop but continued for about another 20 seconds. When they were notified they were under arrest, they ran into Suh’s apartment where they were arrested.
