Clearwater: Bouncer charged with manslaughter

Paul Clarence Stucker, 43, of 514 N. Madison Ave., surrendered Wednesday morning at the Pinellas County Jail on the felony manslaughter charge, according to Clearwater police. He is being held on $100,000 bail.

Stucker was working as a bouncer at the Brown Boxer, 483 Mandalay Ave., on Oct. 14 when he tried to remove David Patrick McTamney from the lounge because McTamney was said to be intoxicated and disorderly.
