The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office says Citrus Springs Middle School was evacuated Tuesday morning due to a fire.
They confirmed there are no injuries and the students are safe. According to the CCSO, the fire started in an air handler unit. Citrus County Fire Rescue units are on scene and have the fire under control.
