The latest competency hearing to determine if accused child killer John Jonchuck is mentally fit to stand trial was delayed today.
The judge wanted Jonchuck in the courtroom as recent reports by psychiatrists were read, but was told the 26 year old is not taking all his medication aimed at making him competent for trial.
The judge put off the hearing until next week.
Jonchuck faces first degree murder charges for throwing his 5 year old daughter Phoebe 60 feet to her death from the Dick Misener Bridge in Pinellas County in January 2015.
