A 12 year old Milwee Middle School student in Longwood was arrested, handcuffed, put in a patrol car, and taken to juvenile detention where she was fingerprinted.
Her crime???? She pinched the butt of a male classmate in the hall between classes.
Butt pinching is apparently a long running joke at the school, done simply to get a reaction out of a classmate.
The boy didn’t seem to mind, but his mother wants total revenge.
So, Breana Evans was suspended and faces misdemeanor battery charges.
Prosecutors say they will drop the charge when Breana completes a diversion program.
