Bradenton Uber Driver Pulls Gun On Passenger

A Bradenton Uber driver faces aggravated assault and battery charges after an incident with a passenger.

67 year old Patrick McDonald pulled a gun on a passenger after the passenger asked McDonald to pull over because he might throw up.

McDonald at first pulled over, but the passenger said he felt better.

McDonald told the passenger to get out because he wasn’t going to vomit in his $75 thousand car.

McDonald then got out, went to the back door, opened it, and started pulling the passenger out.

Once outside, the two got into an argument and McDonald reached back in the car and pulled out a handgun which he pointed at the passenger.

McDonald said he feared for his safety.
