Bradenton Prostitution Bust

The City of Bradenton Police Department’s Narcotics Unit, along with the Casual Clothes Unit conducted a Prostitution Operation on Wednesday, May 14th, 2014, throughout the city’s jurisdiction.

The operation targeted individuals attempting to solicit the illegal services of prostitution, and resulted in the below arrests:

Basil R. Cutway, W/M, 89 years of age: Solicitation for Prostitution (Misdemeanor)

James R. Martin, W/M, 40 years of age: Solicitation for Prostitution (Misdemeanor)

John D. Cycotte, W/M, 70 years of age: Solicitation for Prostitution (Misdemeanor)

Edward A. Panzarella, W/M, 59 years of age: Solicitation for Prostitution (Misdemeanor), Possession of Legend Drug (Misdemeanor), Fleeing to Elude (Felony)

Additionally, a total of (3) three motor vehicles were seized under Bradenton City Ordinance 2949.

The City of Bradenton Police Department will continue its city-wide enforcement effort to prevent and stop the illegal acts of prostitution.
