Boston Marathon’s New Security Measures

AM 820 News anchor, Robert Pankau, talked to ABC News Correspondent, Aaron Katersky, about the new security plan for next month’s Boston Marathon. In the wake of last year’s terror attack, there are new restrictions on what runners can carry and new screening requirements for spectators. There will be about as many cops along the route, but officials are being careful in trying to balance security with a fun atmosphere along the route. Some 36,000 runners are expected to take part in the April 21st race, 9,000 more than last year.
