Five Boca Ciega High students sickened after eating drug-laced gummy bears given to the them by a classmate at the Gulfport school are out of the hospital.
Police say the candy was coated with cannibis oil that contained THC, the ingredient in marijuana that gets the user high.
The investigation continues and police say charges are coming against the student who brought the contaminated candy to school.
