Black Bear Found Downtown Orlando

Another black bear found its way to downtown Orlando last night around midnight.

The 200 to 300 pound black bear actually fell out of tree after being tranquilized by wildlife officials.

It was found just about a block away from the Amway Center and will be returned to the wild today.

Wildlife officials said the bear was uninjured in the fall and while it was still asleep, they loaded it into the back of a pickup truck and hauled it away.

This is the second black bear captured in the downtown area recently.

Just last month, a 200-pound black bear that had been wondering around the Parramore neighborhood was caught and then released into the Ocala National Forest.
