It’s National Pizza Day! Let The Pizza Eating Begin
Smile folks, we are one day away from Friday, which means we are one day closer to the weekend. To make matters even better it’s National Pizza Day. All around the country pizza restaurant chains are offering great deals to celebrate this wonderful day.
Pizza Hut has teamed up with Amazon Alexa to give pizza consuming customers a 30 percent off discount on voice orders on select menu items. The offer is good for pickup or delivery through February 16. Here’s all you have to do, say “Alexa, ask Pizza Hut for a pizza,” or “Alexa, open Pizza Hut.” Through Alexa the discount will be automatically allplied and shown on your receipt. Some of the select menu items include Pepperoni Pizza, Cheese Pizza, Veggie Lover’s Pizza, Meat Lover’s Pizza, Supreme Pizza, Breadsticks, Cinnamon Sticks, and soft drinks. The pizza chain will be offering this deal and other great deals for upcoming Valentine’s Day.

Pizza@ is a Florida-based pizza restaurant that is also participating in National Pizza Day. At it’s Tyrone Square Mall location in St. Petersburg the chain will be having a “2 Topping pizza@ giveaway.” The first 200 customers between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m. will receive a free two-topping 13″x6″ pizza with the purchase of any drink.
Across the country Pilot Flying J’s will be offering customers a free slice of its PJ Fresh Pizza this week in honor of National Pizza Day. To receive your free slice of pizza you must have this online coupon. The coupon is available at the company’s Facebook page.
We can’t leave out pizza giant Papa John’s. The company is offering 40 percent off any regular-priced pizza now through March 5th. Use offer code 40PIZZA. It gets better, the code can be used more than once per order.

Domino’s is also participating in National Pizza Day. Those who order online can get a large, three-topping pizza for $7.99. Going even further customers can also get any two medium two-topping pizzas, stuffed cheese bread, eight-piece chicken wings or a dish of pasta for $5.99 each.
