A Lakeland man was arrested for lewd and lascivious battery on a 13-year-old girl.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department says at approximately 2:00 a.m. Wednesday morning, a 21-year-old man was found hiding in a 13-year-old female’s closet.
The mother had discovered her daughter’s door was locked and once she was able to get into the bedroom, Justin Henry was found in her daughter’s closet.
The 13-year-old admitted to her mother that she had consensual sex with Henry.
The suspect is her gymnastics coach at the Elite World Gymnastic Center in Lakeland. He was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious battery and released from jail on $7,500 bond.
Henry’s documents also show he picked up three 14-year-old girls and allowed them to drink alcohol in his car on Clearwater Beach back in April. He was caught at around 2 a.m. in that incident.
