Bayshore Mansion Holds Estate Sale

bayshore_2013SOUTH TAMPA — The Bayshore mansion owned by Randy White, pastor of the troubled Without Walls International Church, remains up for sale.

Last weekend, people crowded the lawn and the home at 4301 Bayshore Blvd., some of them lugging out furniture and other items during a three-day estate sale.

The asking price for the five-bedroom, six-bathroom house is $2.49 million, according to the broker.

White and his ex-wife, Paula White, founded the nondenominational Without Walls in 1991, calling it “the perfect church for people who aren’t.” It grew into one of the largest independent evangelical churches in the country, with a reported 22,000 members and bringing in as much as $55 million a year.
