Audio: CDC Finds Significant Increase In Autism

Am 820 News anchor Robert Pankau spoke to ABC News correspondent Jim Ryan about the increase in autism cases.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has released its latest findings on the prevalence of autism and its related disorders. According to the CDC, one in 68 children has been identified as having autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The results confirm previous suspicions that boys are four times more likely than girls to be autistic. Jim has talked with specialists and says the numbers don’t tell the entire story.
