Polk County merchants are breathing a little easier today after word that two arrests have been made in a string of terrifying armed robberies.
Authorities say 19 year old Koree Warren and 18 year old Nicolas Vazquez were part of a trio that burst into businesses in Haines City, Auburndale, and Lake Alfred, waving guns and threatening to kill anyone who didn’t cooperate.
A third suspect, Zachary Bitner, remains on the loose.
