There has been an arrest in the murders of two Tampa homeless people.
Authorities say it was 46 year old Ricky Hathorn who beat 52 year old Tommy Skeens and 45 year old Lara Kucher to death with a piece of wood outside a vacant East Hillsborough Avenue gas station.
There is no word yet why he did it.
