Police have made an arrest in last week’s car theft in Mulberry where the thief apparently didn’t know there was a toddler in the back seat.
They say 44 year old Tracy Herr is the one who took advantage of the fact that the boy’s stepmother had left the keys in her car when she went into a pharmacy last Thursday.
The car and the child were found OK a few blocks away, likely after the thief discovered he had kidnapped a baby as well as stolen a car.
