TAMPA, FL (March 24, 2014) – All northbound and southbound lanes on North Habana Avenue are closed temporarily between West Columbus Drive and West St.Joseph Street while the Tampa Water Department repairs a service line.
Barricades and signs are located in the area to assist with traffic flow and detours. Southbound traffic is being diverted to North Tampania Ave and northbound traffic is being diverted to North Gomez Avenue. Drivers should seek alternate routes during this period. Please use caution when traveling in the area.
Repairs are expected to be completed by 5:30 p.m. today. Restoration is expected to be completed with a return to routine traffic patterns by 5:30 p.m., Thursday, March 27, weather conditions permitting.
