As of 4:58 a.m., all lanes of northbound I-275 are open in the West Shore area.
Two lanes had been closed overnight between West Shore Boulevard and Lois Avenue for asphalt repairs. Normal commuting traffic is expected this morning.
No further closures are expected related to this issue.
