Renting a home in Florida via Airbnb will cost more soon.
The state is now requiring home owners to charge sales tax, have a business license, be inspected, and follow fire codes, just like hotel and condo rentals.
All that is expected to cost the average Airbnb renter 13 percent more.
Florida is the fourth state to regulate the popular rental service.
